b) The corrected passage is shown below:

Pete’s assistant, Pam Harris, is going on holiday to Canada next

week. She will fly there from London on Monday. The plane will

cross the Atlantic Ocean and will take her to a city called Calgary.

She is then going on a train ride over the Rocky Mountains. Lucky
girl!

c) The eight missing commas have been added to the sentences below:
