Congratulations! You’ve been chosen to go with Dr Raj to

the Ugandan Mountain Gorilla Sanctuary. It’s going to be
hard work but you will have a fantastic adventure!
But before you go, Pam has an urgent job for you.

I need you to design a leaflet, telling customers about the
store. I want to also keep customers up to date with our
special offers and events that we are organizing.

You need to include information about:
 opening times and contact details
 what we sell in the store

 the clinic
 the grooming parlour
 how we help animal charities
 the special offer of the week.

So you don’t miss anything out, here is a plan of the store and also some information
from staff who work in the different departments.
