Rewrite this passage, putting in the missing apostrophes to show ownership. There are
also three apostrophes to show contractions to find too!
Ive always wanted to visit Italys capital city, Rome. It was once voted the peoples
favourite city in Europe. One of the citys attractions is that it is a shoppers paradise.
Its well known for its mens and boys designer wear.
My friends sister, Amy, works in Rome. Amys favourite place is Romes Coliseum. The
Coliseums history is amazing. Gladiator fights took place there two thousand years ago.
Soldiers lives were hard in those days. Id rather go to Rome for the shopping!
