I went on a day trip to London with Tom, my best friend, to visit the
Tower of London, Madam Tussauds and Buckingham Palace.
Madam Tussauds, which is world famous, was my favourite place.
There were large, life-like models of music, sport and film stars.
The best part, in my view, was the Chamber of Horrors. Some people,
although not my friend, screamed when they went into the room. As you can
imagine, there were dungeons, prisons and evil criminals.
Although I would like to have had a ride on the London Eye, we had to
leave to catch our train home.
